About Me

Soy Australiano pero viví en Canadá dos años antes del viaje. He viajado latina America desde diciembre 2017.

I'm Australian but I lived in Canada for 2016/ 2017, and have been traveling Latin America since December 2017. Basically, since my Canadian visa expired, I've been dragging my feet home...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet interesting people and to hopefully experience more of a countries culture than I would in a hostel. It's always great to get a locals perspective of their city.

Interests

I enjoy a drink. I've been known to enjoy a party or a rave too, but I'm pretty chill most of the time. I consider myself an ambivert so basically I'm a massive product of my environment.

Music plays a huge role in my life. Usually if I'm not with someone, I'll have headphones in. I've always seen a lot of live music too, since I was able to. I've been to a lot of music gigs and festivals whilst living in Australia and in Canada.

Music, Movies, and Books

The music I listen to is extremely varied. Chill, electronic music, rap, rock, alternative and swing too.

I read as a hobby and I'm trying to write about my experiences as I travel too. I don't think I have a favourite book... perhaps the outsider by Albert Camus, Fight Club or anything by Orwell.

My favourite films are Pulp Fiction and Fight Club.

I lived in Canada for two years where i did 2 snow seasons and trained to instruct snowboarding.
Stumbled into a Cenote party in Tulum, Mexico.
Carnival in Brazil.
Sandboarding in Chile.
Mountain biked down death road in Bolivia.
Rented motorbikes with a friend and rode the sacred valley in Peru.

Teach, Learn, Share

I invest in experiences so I have plenty of stories from the places I've visited. I hope that I can bring a positive and uplifting energy wherever I go, and I'll bet I can make you laugh. I can teach you Aussie slang and, if you're open minded enough, how to prepare Vegemite so it doesn't taste god-awful.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good laughs and genuine conversation. Someone to chill with or party with. I love to cook and if you allow me into your house, I'd be all too happy to wash dishes/ help out in any way I can.

Countries I’ve Visited
