About Me

CURRENT MISSION

live long and prosper

ABOUT ME

Hey world, my name is Moshe Wulfsohn. I was born in the last century and would love to get to to the next century :)

I am 22 years old, recently discharged from the IDF after three years of service. During the army I was a medic in the Air Force and a fighter.

These days I study biology at the Open University

I grew up as a religious Jew and towards the end of my military service - 2013 - I became an atheist. I made this move due to studies in biology at the Open University, reading science books and in recent years I was exposed to the skeptical philosophy that says that the larger your claim is the stronger the evidence supports it should be.

These days I volunteer in Magen David Adom - the Israeli branch of the Red Cross - in order to improve my medical knowledge both in the theoretical and practical aspects.

For the past several years, I have been running a blog in Hebrew which describes experiences from my army service and some of my fiction.

A few days after completing my army service, I started doing the Israel Trail . The trail is a path which crosses the length of Israel from south to north for about 1000 km. The trip was an amazing experience and since then I was struck by the travel bug. I wish to travel and see the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Live on the edge. do what ever interest you. Try, Taste, Check Explore.

Your life is yours to live to their fullest potential
You can get all what you want if you try hard enough.

Everything is permitted everything is possible as long as you do not harm others.

Hello friends.

As part of a new project I'm starting to write a book for tourists in Israel.

I want to know what interests you. What questions bothered you? What would you like to know before you fly to Israel?
Safety? Local mentality? Food? Hiking?

Ask me about everything. Tag friends that plan to fly to Israel, I will be happy to answer as best I could.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During the trip I did in the "Israel Trail" I slept several times at people that called the "Trail Angels". These people at short notice will hosts traveling in the "Israeli Trail" ". A bit like this site just targeted for the "Israel Trail" hikers only

Interests

I am interested in most areas of human knowledge: economics, history, philosophy, etc.

I am curious about the variety of human opinions and perspectives.

Recently I became interested in cooking, Specifically cheap cooking that gives me the ability to make good food at a low price. If I have an exact recipe I can get a good outcome.

For the past several years, I have been running a blog in Hebrew which describes experiences from my army service and some of my fiction.
