sleeping under the stars in the desert in jordan, laura saving sebastien from crocodiles in an austrailian swamp, fireflies in the jungles around palenque, 5 enormous turkish men eating a bucket of oysters in their apartment in istanbul, our toes popping out of the dead sea, calypso popping out of laura, laura's shredded snow pants after sledding down a volcano in iceland, snow falling into the sea above the arctic circle
