Hello! I'm Motaz,

I'm a curious, open-minded traveler currently based in Madrid, always eager to experience new cultures, places, and perspectives. I'm joining Couchsurfing to connect with people worldwide and learn from the unique environments and individuals I meet along the way. Meeting interesting people is one of the highlights of travel for me, and I believe everyone has something valuable to share.

A bit about me:

I’ve lived in Syria, Lebanon, Sweden, Germany, and now Spain, and each place has taught me adaptability and a global outlook. If you're ever in Madrid, I'd love to be your guide and show you around!

What I bring:

I’m fluent in Arabic, English, and Spanish, and I run an online health clinic that specializes in chronic pain treatment (HealthX360.com). I’m always happy to share any health knowledge if it’s helpful, and I can also cook a few traditional Arabic dishes for a taste of my culture.

I'm also a lifelong learner, spending months at a time diving deep into a single subject before moving on to the next. My hobbies include solving mysteries, engaging in deep conversations, and discovering new research topics.

Lifestyle:

I'm a practicing Muslim, so I fast twice a week, pray daily, and stick to a Halal diet when it comes to meat (though vegetarian meals work well too). I have an allergy to shellfish, so I avoid it altogether. I’m independent, easygoing, and open to new experiences, and I love meeting people who are open-minded and curious.

Availability:

I'm planning to travel between November and January 2024-2025. My dates are flexible, and I’m excited to make the most out of each new place I visit.
