I am a traveller at heart. I love exploring new places, and have been blessed with countless positive travel experiences. I believe in showing up with a smile on your face, and so far in my journey, have found that people are helpful and kind hearted, when approached respectfully and warmly.

CS is a fantastic community. There's nothing quite so comforting as being welcomed into someone's home, in an unfamiliar place! And there's nothing as good as a tour with a local aboard. I have hosted, and will do so again when I'm next able to.

I'm a Melbournian that's lived in Canada since 2007. I've traveled to lots of places around the world and I don't see myself ever stopping. I'm a fun, friendly, independent, easy going guy that likes nothing more than seeing things through the locals eyes when traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a couple of surfers, and surfed in BC, Montana and Romania with fantastic success. There are so many cool people on CS!

Interests

I like it best when i show up to a stranger's house, they open the door and say, "OK come on, we're going on an adventure!" I'll try to do the same!

I previously lived in Alberta, and New Brunswick but I’m in BC again now, my favourite place of all. Ive travelled North America extensively, and will keep doing so, because there is so much more to see!

I like paddling trips, fishing trips, motorbike trips, music trips, car trips, hiking trips, camping trips and many other kinds of trips.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like indie rock, cuban music, folk and classic rock. I've played guitar for many years, and love to jam round a campfire.

I'm always up for a movie. I just watched The Corporation the other day and really enjoyed it.

I love a good book, but i seem to be so busy doing things that I rarely seem to read any more. The book I'm currently on is The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Led a 2 week dirt bike trip around Nepal, through the Himalayas.
