About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see the world in and out because, one touch of nature makes the whole world kin.

ABOUT ME

A confused and absolutely stumped rocket scientist. And a few of them call me 'motormouthed'.

PHILOSOPHY

To love and to feel it in return, whether as pangs of pain or as absolute bliss. There is always some madness in love. But there is also always some reason in that madness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the context of CS, I am an absolute newbie. Intend to host, just so that I can get to be with a variety of life. Because of my profession, I don't think I;ll be able to travel around the world much. So, if I cannot travel the world, then I'll let the world travel to me. Either way, I get to see and enjoy the world!

Interests

I enjoy observing...everything and everyone around. More of an affirmer, rather than a a preacher or a follower. Photography is dear to me, especially B&W art. It always makes me fall into the depths of the shadows and the brilliance of the highlights; it portrays so efficiently the mood and feelings of the subject or object; It always makes me think.

And so are books.

Music is no less an interest.

Music, Movies, and Books

Traditional and classical Indian music are savoured, and presently its Sufi that I've taken a distinctive liking to. Western numbers of Led Zepp, Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Eagles, Dire Straits, Metallica, Guns 'n Roses, Iron maiden...and the list is long

Yann Martel is my latest hero. Gabriel Garcia Marquez has won my interest a few times. Paulo Coelho's Alchemist inspired me on my way back into life. But it was Khaled Hosseini's Kite Runner, reading which I had the most vivid imaginative experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've died once and relived to tell the tale. OK, fine you can call it 'survival'.

Teach, Learn, Share

Let us all live in the moment and learn what that particular moment gives us. The same goes about teaching and sharing too.
