À propos de moi
"Hi there! 🌍
I’m a curious soul who believes that the best way to discover a city is through its people and its hidden corners. Whether I’m hiking a scenic trail or exploring an abandoned café to capture its unique atmosphere, I’m always up for an adventure.
I’m a bit of a paradox: I love the energy of a good party, but I also deeply value quiet moments—visiting a museum, DIY projects (I love fixing things!), or just getting lost in a good movie or documentary.
What I bring to the table:
Food: I love cooking and would be happy to prepare a typical dish from my home for you.
Stories: I have plenty of travel anecdotes to share over a cup of thea or a coffee.
Language: I’m always happy to help you practice my language while I learn yours!
For me, Couchsurfing is about real human connection. I’m looking forward to meeting you and sharing a piece of our worlds!
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I'm joining Couchsurfing because I believe travel is about the people you meet, not just the places you see. I want to experience destinations through the eyes of locals, share stories and cultures, and build a global network of friends based on trust and curiosity. For me, it's not about a free couch, but about authentic human connection and becoming a cultural ambassador......
Morceaux de musique, films et livres
Music is my time machine. I’m drawn to the raw, the soulful, and the non-commercial—sounds that carry the weight of history. From the haunting melodies of Old Turkish, Iranian, and Jewish heritage to the rhythmic pulse of Amazigh and tribal roots, I seek voices that touch the soul and instruments that tell a story.
My playlist shifts with my mood: I love the energy of a local party as much as the quiet focus of lo-fi or acoustic tracks while I’m deep into a DIY project. Whether it’s an ancient folk song or a modern indie gem, if it has a heartbeat, I want to hear it. Let’s swap tracks and discover something authentic!
Movies & Series
"I’m a fan of cinematic epics and psychological puzzles. I’m drawn to stories of resilience and honor, where history meets the human spirit—think the raw intensity of Gladiator, Braveheart, or Apocalypto.
But there’s a detective in me, too. I’m addicted to dark suspense and complex enigmas—the kind that use flashbacks and non-linear timelines to keep you guessing until the final frame.
My visual diet:
The Classics: O Brother, Where Art Thou? for its folk soul and wit.
The Mind-Benders: Anything that feels like a mystery waiting to be solved.
The Real World: Deep-dive documentaries on nature, culture, and the 'how-to' of things—fuel for my DIY soul.
Books
"I’m a reader who loves to decode the world. My bookshelf is a mix of tactical wisdom and historical puzzles.
The Strategist: I’m fascinated by the timeless lessons in The Art of War—applying those principles to life and history.
The Code-Breaker: I love the thrill of historical mysteries like the Da Vinci Code series. Anything that blends art, hidden symbols, and ancient secrets keeps me turning pages until dawn.
The Seeker: I dive into history and philosophy to understand the deeper 'why' behind our world.
Whether it's a manual on DIY or a deep philosophical treatise, I’m always looking for books that challenge my perspective and sharpen my mind......

What I can Teach:
The Art of Moroccan Cooking: I can show you the secrets of a slow-cooked Tagine, the perfect balance of spices, and the ritual of a real Moroccan mint tea.
The Arabic Language: I’m happy to teach you my native tongue, from basic greetings to the poetic depths of the language.
The DIY Mindset: I can share some 'bricolage' hacks—how to fix things around the house or tackle a creative project with what you have.
What I want to Learn:
Local Perspectives: I’m eager to learn about your city’s history, your culture’s hidden gems, and the 'non-touristy' way of life.
New Melodies: Show me the music that moves you! I’m always looking to expand my collection of soulful, authentic sounds from different cultures.
New Skills: Whether it’s a local recipe, a few words in your language, or your own unique passion—I am a curious student of life.
What we can Share:
Deep Conversations: From history and philosophy to the mysteries of life, I’m a great listener and love a thoughtful exchange.
The 'Present' Moment: Whether it's a quiet evening of films and documentaries or an adventurous hike to find an abandoned café, I value shared experiences that feel authentic and real."
Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes
I’m a firm believer that a guest should leave a home a little better than they found it! Here is what I bring to our exchange:
A Taste of Morocco: I love cooking traditional dishes that have been passed down through generations. I’d be happy to prepare an authentic tagine or couscous for you, filled with the spices and stories of my home.
The DIY Handyman: If you have a leaky faucet, a squeaky door, or a shelf that needs putting up, I’m your man! I have a strong 'bricolage' spirit and I actually enjoy fixing things and helping with projects around the house.
A Soulful Soundtrack: I can introduce you to the deep, non-commercial sounds of my culture—from Amazigh rhythms to old Arabic and Oriental heritage music.
Language & Wisdom: I can teach you some Arabic (my native tongue) and share my love for history and philosophy.
The Best Kind of Company: I’m naturally calm, quiet, and a very good listener. Whether you want to have a deep conversation about the world or just share a peaceful tea in silence after a long day, I’m very adaptable to your energy.
