I'm a mother. I grew up in the country and love the city. I teach yoga and meditation whenever possible (which isn't very often these days). I am happiest in nature and when moving about. And I love people in all their quirkiness and beauty.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Looking at my daughter for the first time.
Waking up and climbing out of a tent to find a view so vast I could see the earth curve away from me over an enormous canyon. About ten feet from a 3,000 foot vertical drop.
