About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To raise the level of awareness on this plane. To help bring about the eveolution of the species. To wake up the collective unconscious creating a collective consciosness

ABOUT ME

My freinds would say that they like my energy and Im ridicoulously positive and patient.

I like to be happy and feel good. That is easier to do when everyone around me is happy and feels good. So I very selfishly try to make sure everyone I share my universe with is having a good time too.

Plus im just decent to have around, wickedly smart but like to keep things as simple as possible. Plus im 6 2 200 lbs and good at tetris and helping makes me feel good about me.
Again totally selfish but it seems like im being nice.

Im a pretty good dancer, my zombie apocolypse plan is well stocked, and im not bad on the eyes.

PHILOSOPHY

love life, live love.
today is the best day ever... and so will tomorrow be.

be happy + have fun= Be Fun
See beauty
Make manifest the power of love

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have only been on a lease or contract for 12 months total since 2006. Bill share, sublet, couchsurf, squat the rest of the time. Managed to hold a seasonal job for 6 years and teach college for 4 while doing all that as well.

Interests

I am a yoga instrutor, I try not to define myself by my job or any one activity I do, but it definately sums me up. Not the usual ommm soooo muuucch bbetterr then youuu, type. I got my flaws, still trying to quit smoking. I don't buy packs or anything but I'll have one if its a around. I drink and smoke and like to have a good time, but I also like to respect my body and other peoples spaces.

But I am way sensitive and like all the esoteric energy stuff. Pretty well balanced but not always. But what really fascinates me is how western science is finally starting to catch up to the mystics. So I like the real world side of the woo woo stuff. Like did you know they can actually detect your aura now? Air force went nuts over that stuff (men who stare at goats type stuff) and built a device to detect the electromagnetic feild of a human body. turns out the mystics were pretty much dead on.

plus I teach snowboarding in the winter.I rock climb, back pack, dance, sing, act, play djembe trombone and tuba. Im just learning to breakdance and incorporate into my yoga classes, way fun.

In fact that is why I need a couch. Ive been touring music festivals teaching "Dub Yoga" (like it on facebook:). I came home from one to find out my roomates got us evicted while I was gone.
I teach two sections of Yoga for SLCC and have three other side jobs in the valley so I need a place to crash in the valley sun night-wed morning. trying to vary my mouching but am more then down to contribute in any way I can. :) hitting up more festivals and camping trips every weekend so just a sun-wed couch is what Im looking for, different one each week till I find something Ideal or the contract work here ends august 1st.

i just would rather couch surf till the universe provides rather then force myself into a space that isn't a good fit. I know this is technically not what this sight is designed for but i have never minded bending the rules a bit. I come with free yoga and manual labor, I have a pretty relaxed schedule for holding down 6 jobs. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

who has time? have you seen the world? HD 3D all day every day.

But I did enjoy the first half of descartes thing,
the inverted pyramid more so then the god cop out.

1984 is scarily accurate, just off by about 20 years

DUB makes my body move in ways that feel good.
Bass nectar healed me with solfagio tones...

anyone doing something they love I'll apreciate

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

amber waves of grain dissolving into a subtropical paradise.
Driving along the california coast line into big sur,
redwoods and ferns, chills and tears.

Purple mountains Majesty,
Watching a sunset from the slab rock living room above the U of U
turning around and realizing what that song was talking about.

climber the pfieferhorn,
heard the deathnote and realized I held my life in my hand...
just dont look down.

And i just booked myself to teach yoga at three music festivals in a row,
element 11 will be my 4th

Oh and I used to be over 300 lbs, clinicly depressed and obese, living on the streets bouncing around mental hospitals...

now i live in tents, way nicer then the streets.
Plus they let me teach college and trust me to take 4 year olds off into the woods on my snowboard.
oh and im actually starting to get a six pack...
blows my mind.

I can't even beleive I am the same person and I saw the whole transition.

Teach, Learn, Share

way cool section, where to begin
a semester away from a notre Dame degree in:
Philosophy, psychology and physics.
Studied theology like an anthropologist
but got my degree in PE so all that body stuff.

I teach yoga and snowboarding for $ but am looking forward to the Zombie Apocolypse so I can step into my true calling as a zombie killer extraordinare.
Cant stand Zombies... I like the living.
But there might be a chance for us yet if we all just start living and stop acting like Zombies. ;)

Have you seen that youtube video that turns you into a Zombie?
