About Me

I enjoy illegal motorbike rides down the winding slopes of a mountain.

Photography. Mountain climbing. Writing. Improv comedy.

The sight of Tibetans throwing baby yaks.

Home-brewing illegal flammable liquids in Tehran basements.

Stuff like that.

TL;DR? my website: http://tongbasandmomos.com/

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed a mountain by the Iran caspian coast, a badass mofo of a mountain with mist that swirls by its ponderous hips, and a 5 hour unstoppable forced march up 2 km in elevation.

By the time I got to Base Camp, a cave that overlooked a glacier that shimmered in the waning dusk, half-dead from altitude sickness and completely defeated by the elements, I found a local shepherd wearing mismatched tennis shoes and looking all the world like what I took to be an epic trek was simply his daily grind - to bring his sheep up to the pastures to feed.

Teach, Learn, Share

I suppose I can share tips on how to set up a Singapore company and launder money? Not gonna be responsible for potential jail-surfing though.

I can also teach photography, Chinese/English, improv comedy, and lecture you on why you should not murder people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can do lots of manual labour, take care of your pets, wash the dishes, replace light-bulbs, etc.
