ABOUT ME

ok. briefly: as for now I'm a writer/director.
When I was four I told my mother that I would be a painter...I can say I became one though hardly ever made money from it) I still do portraits of the people I like.
I acted at the theater for seven years...
For five years I taught acting at Russian Academy of Theater Art.
For a year I work as a director of editing on an animation project "Kin-dza-dza 2"
I studied film directing at UCLA Extension.

I have a dream to reshoot Aliens 4 but I know that Segourney Weaver won't agree and without her it's useless so I don't propose))))
There are movies I watched more than hundred times... and I will be watching them again!

I like to get to know people. You can always count on my couch; and if I'm not head over heels in work at the moment - I'd be happy to show you around and hang out in some cool tiny place ;))))

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

several times my friends and I hosted guys from different parts of the world.
I haven't yet surfed myself.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Our company was on a tour, we were doing a show at a small town. It was a drama, and I was playing the lead. So after the show I was heading to our tour bus with my bags full of costumes and stuff, and a young girl, she was 20 or something, stepped In my way. I stopped questioningly, there was a heavy pause, and then she said: "You know... I simply love you." Oh boy, she really meant that. She was standing there, looking straight into my eyes. I was speechless, paralyzed, just smiling stupidly. After a bunch of long seconds that seemed ages to me, she turned around and walked away.
