ABOUT ME
Firstand foremost I am a wife, Second I am a mother and to support these two titles I ran a senior home for 18 years and was Food & Beverage Manager for 2 years.
I have amazing boys, Victor, Alexander & Dominik.
Andrey is loyal and my true friend. He is passionate about life and is talented at absolutely everything.
I love to live and serve.
I have been traveling to Ukraine for the last 3 years although I am not Ukrainian by origin I am Canadian. Polish decent with a French/Ukrainian heritage. I work with different orphanages in Ukraine just loving the children and through the donations of great people we are able to provide for the children's needs such as clothing, crafts, sporting equipment and other goods. I am truly blessed and honored to be able to serve in this way in my life!

I love to dance, to listen to good music and to learn and live the different cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

none, but all that will change as of July 1st, 2011.... =)
Well it is September 2011 and I can now share my experience!
The families we have met were all amazing- each one unique!
I am very thankful for the wonderful memories and friendships.
It was a life experience for the whole family.

My family, going for walks,dancing Zumba ( can't remember the steps unless the instructor is there ;) ) reading, sewing, gardening, cooking/baking, traveling, hard work!

I have a love for a very wide variety of style and genre of music, Music that feeds my soul in any language! Problem is that I mostly don't know who sings the songs or which band plays the music =(
I read The Trilogy of Henryk Sienkiewicz it beautifully depicted loyalty to brother and country and vibrancy for life and living.
I like life changing books.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The uniqueness of an individual and the valuability of life!
I have been going on Short Term Missions to Ukrainian Orphanages for 3 years in a row, the 4th time the whole family went.
It's amazing to go somewhere year after year and see positive change in peoples lives!
I see my children grow and I've come to understand that it's only through God's grace and not only by my works that my children are who they are.

We live in Niagara on the lake so transportation is a problem buses only run from July1 st to September 4 otherwise you need to take taxi/uber from the bus/train station in Niagara Falls 20 min away.
