I am a travel-phile! I love seeing new places, eating new foods, meeting new places and experiencing new cultures! I spent the better part of 2 years traveling through South East Asia and working in Australia and am currently living in San Francisco. I still try to travel internationally at least a couple times a year (if I have the resources).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only just joined after thinking about it for a while and I'm hoping to enjoying taking part in this project and being a member of this community!

Interests

My interests include Rock Climbing, Music, Nature, and of course the usual exploring new cultures and ESPECIALLY new FOODS! Of course thats just a quick overview...theres very little I'm not interested in.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Almost anything thats not a chick flick (and even those once in a while I can get behind)
Music: Classical, Opera, Jazz, Rock, Alternative, Punk, mostly anything again.
Books: Scifi and Fantasy is usually what I read but Ill read most anything someone recommends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekking for 3 days and then climbing to the top of Mt. Rinjani (volcano in Indonesia) to watch the sunrise followed by a 4 day boat "cruise" through Indonesia to see the Komodo dragons, snorkeling, fishing, and relaxing along the way.
