About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy life ~ it's too short and will pass you by if you don't stop and enjoy it.

ABOUT ME

Hospitable!
Have a good sense of humor and love travelling.

PHILOSOPHY

My glass is always half full (though my drinks are often empty!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel so much, and have visited so many wonderful places on this earth and met the most beautiful people in the process, that I love to 'give back' to those lucky enough to be travelling here. If I can't be away travelling, the next best thing is for travellers to be here!!!

(My philosophy about travelling is that Google Photos can usually pull up pictures of the places I visit. The internet cannot however let me experience local culture and the people at those places. Couchsurfing facilitates this whilst I'm at home!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumped off the Auckland Tower!
Parachuting (several times... Yes I went back and kept doing it!)
Flying.... I LOVE it
SCUBA diving - LOVE it

Teach, Learn, Share

I love sharing my experiences and hearing what others have done. I guess I am a firm believer of not re-inventing the wheel, and learning by mistakes made by others (this way is usually less painful!)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Local knowledge, hospitality, and a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Fiji, France, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vanuatu, Vatican City State, Viet Nam
