US Road Trip, yeah!

ABOUT ME

From September 2008 until a few days ago I was intern at the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC and while it's been great, my time on th east coast has come to an end and it's time to hit the road!

So I am setting of with my best friend, Mariusz Hermansdorfer, aka Marian for the 2009 US 'Ain't no pressure' Road Trip. We are going to be on the road for 50 days, spending time together 24/7, so trust me, if you'd do it, Marian is the person to go.

'Ain't no pressure' is the motto of the journey, and it says it all: we have plenty of time, keep it simple (we have just a rough itineary planned), and relaxed - which is how we try to live our lives on a daily basis anyway.

Last but not least, meet the car - a white 1985 Cadillac Seville. I bought it in Baltimore last year and have driven it around the DC-NY area quite a lot, and it's been a smooth ride, which is exactly what you'd expect from classic Caddy. We have deep faith it will take us all the way to the west coast and back - and it will do so in comfort and style.

So, we've got the sprit and you've got the couch:) We will be immensely grateful if you decide to host us. We are looking forward to meeting you on our way!
