ABOUT ME

I have been a student for most of my life it seems. I just completed my PhD, so I'm hoping to begin an interesting career in the real world soon. I really have no idea what exactly I'll do, but who does?

PHILOSOPHY

That's a tough one. Though I do have a proposal for a replacement for the standard opening question in social situations - "So, what do you do?". I suggest we replace this with "What do you know?", as in what is one non-trivial thing you really know, or at least believe. Long story short, I'm not sure how I'd answer myself.

I host when I can, and surf when I can too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed through Greece and hosted some surfers in Berlin. Also surfed in Newcastle, NSW, and a little in Mumbai.
