ABOUT ME

I'm a guy who loves adventure and new experiences. When I work, which is a somewhat intermittent activity, I usually end up in some kind of office job, but my passion lies elsewhere, and I'm currently soul-searching for what I might end up doing in the future.

PHILOSOPHY

I find little value in being happy if those around you are not. A wise old lady told me once "if you can afford to give, give". I find solidarity with those people who do not hold materialism in such high regard, and who have similar political beliefs as me.

Interests

Music, I play a very bad version of self-taught guitar, but it does the trick.
I'm involved in various activist groups, housing and political, and I squat, dumpster-dive etc.
I actually take an amateur interest in computers too, fixing and breaking them, mostly breaking though :)
And of course travelling. Though I haven't done nearly enough yet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stood on top of the Yosemite mountains having gone by myself and met a fellow solo traveler on the bus. That afternoon we took off on a 8-hour hike and camped overnight with nothing but our sleeping bags and packs. It was 80*F/27*C but when we got to the top there was snow all around. The most amazing experience, and I shared it with some dude I had met only the previous afternoon.
