About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finish school and get back to my man in CA
ABOUT ME
straitlaced and boring, but reliable
PHILOSOPHY
I try to treat people as I would like to be treated. I am respectful of other cultures and "when in Rome...." is my travel motto. Thirdly, I believe in everyday environmental activism.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met some couch surfers abroad, but I am still quite new to hosting.
Interests
Primarily, I love to be outside, near water if possible. Hiking, camping, running, canoeing and biking! I lived at an elevation of 2500 meters for two years in Morocco and the thin air helped me train for the 2011 Marrakech Marathon! Now I am back in the American Midwest, I do a lot indoors during the cold months. I recently took up knitting and make tiny hats for my new baby niece. I also love to cook and bake. Graduate school takes up most of my time so reading and writing papers is what I am doing most often.
