ABOUT ME

I'm an easy-going guy, but I get excited about delicious food and danceable music (though not usually at the same time).

Williams Sonoma is my Toys R Us and I own more cookbooks than DVDs. When I get careless, I tend to fall up the stairs. I do my best thinking in the shower. I'm that guy stopped at the red light, singing along with the music in my car. I tend towards optimism and like to give people the benefit of the doubt.

I don't currently own a television, but I like watching previous seasons of TV shows when I've got the time. I love live music. I'm out dancing/listening to music multiple times a week.

I prefer vintage jazz (and dancing) and indie music, but I was raised on oldies and Top 40 stations, so I've been known to sing along to just about everything. If a song has a brass or string section blaring at any point or has a danceable beat, I'll probably like it. I tend to go through phases and I'm a little obsessive about collecting artists' discographies.

So, I wish to live and not merely exist. If you're going to do something, you may as well go all out.
