ABOUT ME

I am an easy going individual. I enjoy anything sports but that does not make me a stupid jock. I studied history education in college and love learning about religion, economics, politics, and understanding the "why" and "so what" questions about life.

I am currently a Math teacher in Mesa, Arizona at the High School level. I love what I do, but I know teaching is not what I will do forever.

I also enjoy music that is upbeat and cannot help but put you in a good mood when you hear it. I want to be around people who are upbeat and willing to talk about a myriad of topics.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

During the summers I like to travel, dreaming of bigger and better things to do from summer to summer! Last summer I traveled the country using CS and this summer I plan on meeting new and exciting people in the lovely state of Hawaii.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My CS experiences have been nothing but positive. People have always been warm and welcoming on my tour around the country.

Interests

I am a full throttle, macro thinking, don't leave any rock unturned kinda guy. I am interested in a myriad of things, but predominately anything that allows me to be outdoors or teach people about what I love.

I enjoy perspectives that I do not have and conversation where people can share their ideas, because you never know what you are going to learn from someone else.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have done was travel across the country with one of my best friends and visit every baseball stadium in the United States. It was an overwhelming experience at times waking up in a different city day after day, but I wouldn't change it for the world. I made so many new friends and had so many epic stories come from the experience, which no one can ever take away from me.
