Its a great concept!:)

yes its great to have free accommodation- of course it helps!;)...but the amazing thing about couch surfing is that you get a 'local perspective!' ...its something you just cannot find in hostel! Great site :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked for 6 months at a Youth Centre in Transylvania, Romania teaching English to kids in a remote community through the middle of winter...my first White, snowy and so so cold!!! winter!:)
