ABOUT ME

I am a 24 year old from the Midwestern United States. I like reading, meeting interesting people, hearing great stories, the outdoors and documentaries.
I've just realized that I've been going back to school in some form or another for the past 20 years and I need to change that. I want to go learn things that I won't be billed for and things that can't be taught in 90 minutes blocks.
I value respect, understanding and open-mindedness; in myself and my friends and acquaintances.
I'm excited to be a part of this movement and I want to travel the world to rediscover the goodness of people and the kindness of strangers.

I like blues, funk, Black Keys, Galactic, Hip hop, Kid Cudi, This American Life, Folk, historical books, adventure books, realistic fiction about people and the way people interact with each other and the world. I'm also fascinated by evolutionary theory.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been skydiving a couple of times but that's about it. I really need to add to my list of amazing moments. That's partly why I'm here!

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn about mountaineering, hiking, living off grid, and pretty much anything a person has to offer. I don't know that I'm good enough at anything to teach it to someone else but I may be wrong.
