About Me
Hello!
I'm an engineer and artist living in DC with my partner Diana. We love to create, whether it's on paper or in the community. We're always keen to share a meal, collaborate on a project, and make new friends. Diana and I are relatively new to DC, but we are building up our DC knowledge and we'll happily share it all with you.
We enjoy the arts, nature, adventure, nightlife and hanging out with friends - you know, the usual things. Send us a line and let's explore if you are interested in those too! If you just need a place to crash and do your own thing, that's fine too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To learn, grow, and share experiences.

I love the outdoors, the arts, nightlife, architecture, history, science, and a lot of other stuff. I'm pretty much open to anything and always willing to try something. What I really enjoy, more than anything, is learning new things and meeting new people!

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like Music, Movies, & Books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed the Grand Teton and Devil's Tower. I also motorbiked through Vietnam for 2 months and I just opened a cooperative grocery store. It's three things, but they were all pretty amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
There is a lot going on here and I would love to share my favorite spots with you and show you around as best as I am able. Whether home or traveling, I can always teach you how to juggle, ride a bike, and sing poorly.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We have a lovely big blue couch that is super comfy and an air mattress that my sister said was better than her bed at uni (don't know if that's saying much). We don't have a dedicated guest bedroom, but we can set you up in our living room and we will do our best to give you as much privacy as is possible during your stay.
The apartment has a lovely views, and is easy walking distance to the hippest parts of Adam's Morgan. It is also pretty close to the red and green metro lines that will take you wherever (and buses, lots of buses).
And, if I am free, I'll happily take you around to our favorite spots, cook you dinner/breakfast, hangout, grab a drink, etc.
