ABOUT ME
I'm a med student in my final year of school, and so I'm having a quarter-century crisis. I'm trying to indulge my crisis of entering the last half of my 20s by trying to experience as much cool stuff and meet as many cool people as possible. I want to cram a lot of fun into my last year of being a human before entering four years of medical residency, where I probably won't have much of a life.
Cities are great, but I also love mountains and the ocean, so I try to be outside or otherwise out doing things just for the hell of it as often as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Be nice, be helpful, buy people beer - and you're more likely to get the same from other people in return.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosting friends in my big living room. I'm ready to add new friends who are from all over the world!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My roommate is a couchsurfing veteran who regularly has people over, and he inspired me to reactivate my account. I like hanging out and having drinks with all the interesting people he has over from places I've never been to. Sometimes we head out to clubs and bars, and otherwise, we just tour Boston or tell the couchsurfers where to go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've delivered a baby, dissected cadavers, seen almost every US national park; I've overnighted on trains across Europe, narrowly avoided getting stuck in a rainforest flood in a rental car, and partied with homeless people in New Orleans... but I know I've only scratched the surface of what can be done or seen. THAT's the most amazing thing, to me - that there's still so much I can experience, and so little I know and have seen.
