CURRENT MISSION

In march 2024 I started my 12 month sabbatical which I will use for a world trip! Countries I have visited during the trip so far were: Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei (12 hours but counts, right?), Phillipines and Japan. I spent 2,5 months in Australia :) and then decided to meet a friend in Guatemala. Since February I am going around Central and South America!

ABOUT ME

I love travelling (surprise to say that here haha), did some travelling in New Zealand and studied in the USA and Russia (long ago...). Naturally, I enjoy meeting people from other countries and learn about their cultures and a bit of their language. I am a vegetarian, oh and I really like cats ;)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I´ve hosted some friends and couchsurfed at their couches. I also like to attend couchsurfing meet-ups while travelling to get to know local travellers. In Osaka I joined a CS histed dumpling workshop whichbwas fun! Now I like to couchsurf more to connect with locals.

Intereses

I can't live without music and enjoy going to concerts and festivals. Whenever I'm in a new city I look for cosy cafes and nice parks to relax in.

Music:
I like a lot of different styles of music... but my favorite band will always be Incubus.

Books:
One of my alltime favorites is Wild by Cheryl Strayed. Usually, I take new books from book swaps and just let myself be surprised.

Spend a night in a national park in Borneo seeing proboscis monkeys at the beach.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

German cultural stereotypes ( no we have no humor, its true!). I will be travelling until early 2025, so cant host until then.
