Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I rarely travel, but when I do I like to meet other people. I'm more interested in the hidden local sights than the popular tourist attractions. I like to learn about the life of the local people, eat in the small but authentic restaurants. I like people who likes to share their ideas and a part of their life with others.

Interests

Music: I'm a record collector. So I like to know about the local record stores. I'm also learning to play piano, but on really novice level for now.
I like photography, just on a very casual level: taking photos, make some experiments, keep some. (I used to take photos with a 35mm camera for years, I really enjoyed it, but now I'm using only digital.)
I'm interested in basic psychology. I like to learn about people, and understand (a part of) their life.
I'm a manager of a small programmer team, and I like to learn about motivation, team work and leadership.
