I like to fill my time with different activities. I get excited about things big and small. Some interests last longer than others, mainly biology and music :)

In my free time I like to play all kinds of music with my violin or sing. Also social dancing (everything from salsa to lindy hop) has been a big thing for me in recent years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've met some wonderful people in Finland, Sweden and Canada through CS and participated in meetings mostly in Stockholm and Ottawa. I'm currently living with my girlfriend in downtown Ottawa and we're hosting people every once in a while, mostly when it suits our busy schedules :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Waking up at 4 to go see/hear the birds singing in the morning. I learned that day that migrating birds follow the coastline while resting before crossing the sea. The place where we went was a kind of a trap for the birds, a narrow cape, and the sound from all the different birds was amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach different partner dances, playing electric bass or violin, singing, ...biology? :)

You can always learn new things and it's fun! So you can try to teach me anything :P
