ABOUT ME

I have an education in physics and astronomy. When I studied physics, people usually weren't exactly enthusiastic upon finding out what I did. With astronomy, it is hard to escape a conversation about it when meeting new people. Which is great!

I have always been very involved in organising numerous student events and participating in student volunteering. I have spent a year of my studies on Erasmus exchange in Denmark, and returned there.

Since November 2012, I am taking a PhD degree at Aarhus University, Denmark. I like to travel and to meet interesting people. Moments of intense happiness are often lived on the road, discovering new places and new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had my first wonderful Couchsurf experience, when a Norwegian girl named Eilin hosted me and some friends, on her beautiful island in the North of Norway. Both her place and herself were so absolutely amazing. For me, this describes perfectly what CS is about, and I hope to participate and contribute in somewhat the same way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had the pleasure to receive some great beds and even better care from people all over the world.

For a long time, I wasn't able to host people, but now that I am I hope to return some favors!
