ABOUT ME

I get mostly requests for Amsterdam, but I don't live in Amsterdam so please read my profile carefully before writing a request!!! I don't reply to bulk messages, write a personal request and explain why you like to surf our couch.

I'm an easy going guy from Haarlem, I live together with my girlfriend Marjolein.
We both like to travel and meet new people, we are always up for travel stories, beachwalks, going out and share cooking skills.
I am a highschool teacher physics and chemistry, not a mad scientist, but I like to do funny things with the class like making fireworks or pink soap with vanilla smell :) I'm also co-owner of a modern organic farm in north-west of The Netherlands.
I enjoy being with people and have a drink, we have a very nice brewery in Haarlem with first class beers, I will bring you there if you like beer.
I enjoy music much, lot of different styles: metal, rock, progressive, grunge, drum'n'bass, ambient, psytrance and more... love to hear new music and share favourites.

PHILOSOPHY

Fear, the oldest tool of power. If you are distracted by fear of those around you, it keeps you from seeing the actions of those above.
