CURRENT MISSION
Meeting the world...one person at a time ;)
ABOUT ME
Disclaimer: Texting or messaging is not my thing, I am more comfortable meeting you in person. So if you want to hang out let's figure out where to go and take it from there. I don't have the time or patience for the messaging back and forth. Let's just make it happen.
Ok now on to descriptions. Well, let's see.
I was born, raised, and buttered in New York City, Brooklyn to be exact. My family is from the Caribbean coast of Honduras, a beautiful country in Central America.
Meeting new friends and experiencing a day in the life of someone else, it's something I have always enjoyed. It's an amazing world out there, and I'm ready to see it!
I am a very chill laid back person, but I love doing things out of the ordinary. My ideal night would be drinking a bottle of wine- white- and having some deep discussions. What have you always wanted to know about some things? Or even curious about?
I am not shy, in fact, I am not the type of person you want to be around if you are shy, quiet, or practicing English. I speak my mind and tend to ask a lot of questions...I'm just curious and I love educational moments, I love learning new things about the world.
Fun note: I laugh VERY loud. My bad. It's a good thing though....trust me.
Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
Couchsurfing is not new to me, it's something that I have done sporadically. When I was living in Paraguay I invited a couple of people over and we had some great times.
I'd like to see the country or city through your eyes. Show me something or take me someplace most visitors never get to see. What makes you love it? What is your history there? Give it to me.
Interessen
I love dancing, singing, learning new moves and just having a good time. I love group dinners with good wine ( or in my case, sangria). I love reading, and anything adrenaline packed. Bring it on!

Musik, Filme und Bücher
I am an 80's baby and a 90's child. I grew up during one of the best musical eras of all time in the US. The 90's was an explosion of different beats and rhythms all across the musical genre's. Being the child of Black Latinos, Merengue, Bachata, Salsa had my hips moving. Juan Luis Guerra, DLG, Gilberto Santa Rosa. 90's hip-hop and RnB there was no better moment- SWV, Mary J Blige and of course...Biggie ( Biggie Smalls is the illest!). Jay-Z, Sade- everything by Sade- the only artist that can calm me down. Jason Mraz "Make it Mine" is my happiness anthem. Reggae especially the old school stuff- I be whining all over de place. I love discovering new music no matter if if it is new or old. The rhythms, the movements, the sensuality. There are times when I don't even know I'm dancing.
Movies- I am a sucker for romantic comedies and comedies in general. I love thrillers. I am not a fan of horror films especially when most of the time I can figure things out quick.
I have been a book worm since I was a little chica but something happened within the last couple of years that has turned this down. I'm trying to get back into it by re-reading Harry Potter. Go Hufflepuff!!
Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe
I took my baby sister to Paris. How many 16 year olds, from the projects in Brooklyn, can say they've been to Paris?
