About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Living in Melbourne, working hard, saving some money, enjoying simple things
ABOUT ME
I'm Melbourne bred, I love the inner city life here and pretty dedicated to what I'm doing work-wise. I'm by nature very considerate, passionate, fun, creative, strong-willed, progressively-minded and kinda shy with new people. INFP. I'm into all kinds of stuff, and curious about ideas like social change, sustainability, and combining arts with science/tech. Also I love to travel, particularly outdoors/eco/cultural trips. I've adventured around Canada, the U.S., Caribbean, Europe, Israel, Himalayas, Cambodia and more..
PHILOSOPHY
I will always have a lot more to learn about the world!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Telling stories, joining or leading meet-ups, getting to know other travellers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Judging by the quality of the CS people I have met so far, this website is a great way to find the best kind of people to meet.
Interests
I'm a data analyst and statistician, I did a Masters, then some freelancing, and now work for a government agency... also exploring analytics for social good, seeing where I can apply my skills to doing great work.
With my spare time I see my close friends, ride around on my bike, drop in on arts events and industry meets, go to workshops and festivals. I enjoy cinema, reading, writing, healthy eats, sitting in a good cafe or just hanging out at home. Exploring chi gong at the moment. Used to do yoga.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Wilsons Prom National Park is the southernmost point of the Australian mainland and it's pretty amazing. 130 kilometres of coastline featuring wide expanses of wild beach framed by granite headlands, rocky mountains, pristine forests and green fern gullies.
Teach, Learn, Share
Ask me how to eat healthily on a low GI, gluten free diet! I learned from my own life experience. It's a special kind of challenge when travelling to new places.
