About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Make the world a better place
ABOUT ME
I am passionate about people and life and I am constantly looking to challenge myself and push myself further. I love learning about people and the different ways of life across the world and how they are all so interconnected. I am super adventurous love outdoor activities and adrenaline rushes and am willing to try just about anything.
After graduating, I spent some time working as a consultant for big corporations. I quickly learned this sucks big time, so I left and have been working on starting things that solve social problems. I firmly believe that business is the strongest tool we have to impact our world and solve the greatest social, environmental and economic problems of our time. I get really excited about things like permaculture, systems design, biomimicry, sustainable/off the grid living and social enterprise. Most of all, I like to laugh and have fun.
PHILOSOPHY
"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
"Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do." -Steve Jobs

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed to the summmit of Mt. Kenya after everyone else turned back and the guide told me it's not safe to go up there. It was one of the most gratifying and humbling experiences of my life to stand on top of the equator all by myself.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have studied and worked in finance and accounting and know a thing or two about personal financial planning and would be more than willing to help anyone in this area.
I love cooking and spend a lot of time in the kitchen coming up with new concoctions and mixing different tastes from around the world.
I've had some experience on permaculture farms and am on a quest to learn more about different applications of permaculture and related activities.
