Overview
About Me
I am a feminist and filmmaker who values both independence and community. On a quest to learn, love, and live more fully.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The couchsurfing, jet-setting, world-travelling life has usually been beyond my means. This site is part of my mission for changing that by linking up with folks for whom travelling and cultural exchange is a way of life. I hope to share more adventures and make new friends while positively contributing to and learning from this community.
I met my Coachella 2011 camping buddies here. I have also met several fellow CSers for different social events in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Music, Movies, and Books
My tastes are ever rotating and evolving. Eclecticism and diversity are the only constants. Ask me what I'm into this week.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have:
- Shared a film festival award with Emilio Estevez
- Produced a narrative feature film and numerous short films
- Visited famous civil rights landmarks
- Gone swimming in a cave
- Watched a sea turtle lay her nest eggs on the beach
- Attended a traditional Hindu wedding
- Mingled with camels
To be continued...
Teach, Learn, Share
I could talk your ear off about movies and music. I could bounce screenplay ideas off of you. I could maybe learn a thing or two about cooking or kickboxing from you. I've got an appetite for knowledge that I would love to nurture and share with others.
