ABOUT ME

I teach yoga, am inlove with acroyoga and love being outdoors in nature and getting in the water. I SUP board, swim, kayak and run at least once a week. I find reasons to smile everyday and love connections between people.

PHILOSOPHY

Life becomes whatever you focus on so at the moment my life is acroyoga. Also I choose a happy one with lots of laughs and a free hugs to go around.
Laugh first think later ;)
Slickness is for people who are too uptight.
I tend to work hard and play hard and love being outdoors.
Interests include most things that are interesting and involve moving - mostly partner yoga & acroyoga, SUP boarding, diving, swimming, hiking, running, lifting, hand standing, playing.
Kindness is free - so sprinkle that shit everywhere.
Music is the soundtrack to good living.
Challenge is the opportunity to grow.
Ooo...and I'm quite philosophical with a sarcastic twang.

Spending time in natural spaces is essential to remembering our place on this planet. Connecting to the earth is something that everyone needs to quench their soul. And laughing at yourself is way more attractive than being a the smart ass in the room.

Music has the power to release, revive & transform like nothing else for me. It helps me chase my dreams and remember who I am when I need it and make me laugh.

I couch surfed in Wellington in 2010 and had a great time meeting my hosts and cooking for them.

I hosted lots of people once I settled in Wellington and met many interesting characters.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Plenty. I recently drove off a cliff in the Appleton Tablelands in a storm, & went diving with thresher sharks in the Philippines. I SUP boarded under the West Pier before it fell into the sea. I love to tip people upside down for fun and love to fly if you are strong and up to try a bit of acroyoga.
