Mohammad is a Computer Engineering with excellent experience in DBA, Systems Analyses, development and developed electronics circuits design integrated with Commuter Information Systems. He experienced entrepreneurship since 2010 with trainings, international boot camps, international mentor-ship and international coaching.

Mr. Yousef is also an entrepreneur and confounded IPlayAndLearn. He is also a mentor and delivered mentor-ship in pitching, marketing, business planning and financial aspects to many entrepreneurs and startup companies especially in Gaza such as ColorVision, AlwanBook, RemoteGPS and Braille board. Mohammad served as Trainer, Developer & Lecturer at University College of Science and Technology. He developed the database Web Based System for 6 University Colleges that manages the data in sensitive departments as Registration, Finance, Employees Affairs, Students Affairs and eArchive.
Mohammad participated in an entrepreneurial trip in USA with IVLP sponsored from US Department of state as one of the US Consulate programs in Palestine: 21 Days in USA, Washington DC, California, Nevada then Florida. Visiting Incubators, Accelerators, Political, Trade, Educational, Agriculture Organizations.
