ABOUT ME

Most recent trips to South America and Central America. I usually like to stay in hostels for the social atmosphere, but will couchsurf when it makes sense.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Studio at the beach in beautiful Encinitas, North County San Diego. Steps from Moonlight Beach. A short walk to famous Swami's surf break. Short walk to world-famous Self-Realization Fellowship and Meditation Gardens on the cliffs above the Pacific Ocean. Short walk to San Diego Botanical Gardens. in the middle of a vibrant funky downtown in a chill beach town with lots of surfing, yoga and healthy activities, as well as fun bars and restaurants for all budgets.

Music, Movies, and Books

recently enjoyed I Origins very much. The music of Citizen Cope has been my soundtrack for months.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paragliding from 8,000 feet in the Swiss Alps was pretty wild. 1.6 kl zipline atop Costa Rica's Cloud Forest was also unforgettable. Rolling down the desert sand dunes into the ocean and trekking through the jungle in Colombia. Camping out for 3 days on an island volcano during earthquakes in Nicaragua was exciting.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach people to sail and windsurf.
