ABOUT ME

I'm Canadian.. I have been travelling since I was 16 and been doing as much travelling as I can. Its a drive in me nobody can control. Im a fun, outgoing person. Very down to earth. I am in my element when there is laughter around me! I always have a smile on my face, and always look at the glass half full.. not half empty.

I have a great sense of humour, even if your humour is different than mine, most likely I'll still get a kick outta it. I come from a family of musicians, so I love music more than anything. I am artistic.. and I love politics, so don't dig into it cause, good luck shutting me up.

I have been told that I come off as a very strong person, but once you get to know me a little, I am one of the softest people out there.

When Im at home, I am involved with iFAW (International Fund in Animal Welfare www.ifaw.com) I guess you could say I am somewhat of a tree hugger, but not over the top. I respect and take care of the wild. It is a passion on mine. I spend a lot of time spare time at the local pound in Ottawa helping out sick animals and walk the dogs. So my soft spot is animals, so if you got some, I probably will baby them.

I am a very proud Canadian and I live up to what people say about us. I am very nice, and I say "eh" a lot. I love to meet new people at home and away from home. I love to learn about new ways of life and listen to a good story.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really adore CS. I would not travel any other way. Hotels suck! Not only because they cost a fortune, but you meet nobody. I would rather sleep on the floor in a little flat with a bunch of down to earth travellers than anything else. I don't think I would have had close to the same experience without CS. So CS I THANK YOU!! I LOVVEE YOU!! :)

I just moved to Cambridge so I dont have a flat yet, but when I do I am hoping to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far everyone that I have met has been great people and they made the stay in the cities ones to never forget. Friends I will never forget as well.

I play a little guitar. Should be better at it since most of my family has instrumental CDs out and we own a music store back home.. But I can produce in a studio well! haha . I guess one of my problems is my attention spand. I bought a great guitar and try to avoid smashing it.

I dont watch much TV - Im always outside exploring.
But I do have a favourite movie - Its "Beautiful Life"

My favourite books are my journals from growing up. I get a kick out of them. Which means I love memoirs!

I am terrified of heights.. and whenever I see a cliff, tall tree.. whatever it may be.. I try to fight my fear.. even if my knees buckle.
