Music, Movies, and Books

Love reading and sharing good books. Mainly interested in non-fiction - adventure,biographies, travel,exploration & history type books. Any, every and all books to do with the High Arctic:) Book on one travellers couch surfing experiences got me interested in couchsurfing(Sleeping Around). Like most music that I can hear the words to!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Loved going to Arctic Svalbard and fullfilling my dream of seeing Polar Bears, pack ice and experiencing 24 hour daylight. Sitting on the deck of the local pub at 0200hrs having a drink and feed in bright sunlight was amazing. Cant wait to go back!! It would be amazing for me to stay there for a year and experience the transition of the four seasons - 24 hour darkness - 24 hour daylight:) Do any of you people in Longyearbyen have jobs available for a Kiwi girl????
