I'm currently in the middle of the around the world journey.
I'm an avid traveller and hobbyist photographer as well as a scuba diver. Meeting new people who also share similar passion for traveling is one of the things I enjoy the most.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people, especially those who travel. Exchanging experiences and stories over a glass of fine beer or tea is one of my favourite pasttimes.

Interests

You can probably classify me as a "Jack of all trades, master of few" :D
Well, if I spent more time on my hobbies they would have to become a full time job, so I decided against it, a hobby is only fun when it's done for fun, not for a living after all :).

I like photography, related to travelling of course.
I am an experienced scuba diver, I dive in all kinds of waters, regardless of season and weather.
I am also very much into cooking and making sweets, always researching new recipies (well, mostly stealing them from other countries' cousine).

As for books I read anything which falls into my hands, though Fantasy and SciFi (with "transhumanism subgenre" being my favourite) genres are my favourites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked alone through whole Kumano Kodo trail in Japan, 70 km of rocky mountainy path with a lot of history. For people who do regular long distance trekking and hiking that might not sound that amazing, but for me it's one of those life achievements which will stay with me forever.
