ABOUT ME
I'm from Debrecen, Hungary's 2nd biggest city (it's still a relatively small town, though...) but I haven't spent too much time there in the last couple of years. Other than Hungary, I've lived in Germany, China, The Netherlands, Spain, and also spent two summers in the USA. Currently I'm finishing my MSc in International Management.
I consider myself an open-minded, friendly person. Couchsurfing and living abroad definitely has a big part in this. I'm not really into clubbing, I prefer listening to live music and I just can't dance, although I assume some alcohol can change my mind about this. I like bikes, guitars, music of any kind, people, beer, being outdoors, good conversations, concerts, languages etc.
I love exploring new places and coming from a small town I'm a really big fan of big cities, I'd love to live in NYC or Hong Kong one day.
PHILOSOPHY
Be the best version of yourself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I mainly surfed unfortunately and occasionally had the pleasure of hanging out with other couchsurfers. My hometown is not really a popular destination and I live with my family which makes things a bit more complicated and when I'm not in Hungary I always end up at places where hosting is not possible :( (for example a Chinese student dorm, where my only regular guests were some big cockroaches... grrrrr...)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My only CS experience so far is amazing. 3 of my friends and I found a guy (well, actually he found us) who let us in his house at 3 a.m., showed us around in his hometown and even joined us on our trip to the Niagara Falls. I'd really like to meet more people like him, this is a really great community.
EDIT: well this was my first experience, since then I've met dozens of people through couchsurfing and I've yet to meet someone whom I don't find extremely interesting in one way or another. So many memorable encounters and so many inspirational people

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: anything from smooth jazz to progressive metal... Pat Metheny, Hiromi Uehara, DubFx, Backstreet Boys, Iron Maiden, SikTh, **Snarky Puppy**... anything.
I used to be obsessed with guitars. I still am, but unfortunately I can no longer play as much as I'd like to because of an injury =/
Movies, Books: I can watch/read anything, but I have a really short attention span so I'm more into articles and youtube videos
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's hard to choose, I guess the most amazing things are still waiting for me.
But let's see...:
-seen: Niagara Falls, NYC, Transilvania, Neuschwanstein (the "Disney Castle"), Grand Canyon (I'd thought it was overrated... it is definitely not!), Ha Long Bay, Great Wall
Once I had to wait for 2 couchsurfers at the Amsterdam train station before leaving the city. They were very late but I didn't really have time to go back to the city centre and just went outside and my favorite street musician -whom I've only seen on youtube before- was playing there... it was pretty cool
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I could teach you how to play the guitar... but I always say that to people and then somehow we never end up learning anything, but it's worth a try to ask :)
Learn:
Anything... tell me something I don't know and I'll be happy.
I can't really cook well, so I'm super happy to learn
