Spend as much time as possible in the Montana outdoors before moving to California

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Montana which has given me a love and appreciation of the outdoors. If an activity can be done outside, the odds are, I'll like it!
Although I traveled a little while I was younger my craving for new experiences and different cultures (aka travel) really became a central theme in my life when I spent a year studying energy engineering in Sweden. My passion for sustainable energy took me there, but my new found passion for travel took me around Europe.
I start graduate school in the fall and am taking the next couple months to explore Southeast Asia and Europe.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love to meet other CS members and learn about their cultures and countries. The wonderful thing about CS is that it cultivates a network of cultural understanding, which is so desperately needed in the world today.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was meeting up with other CSers in Laos for dinner. Since then I have surfed in Germany and Switzerland. It is a wonderful way to meet inspiring people! I look forward to hosting once I move to California!
