About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore, enjoy, and experience as much as I can.

ABOUT ME

I like having adventures, pretty much any type of food, elephants, and yellow. I have a very random sense of humor. I'm learning to speak Susu. I've been average at every activity I've tried, but I'm willing to try new things. I'm trying to beat my dad in the number of countries I've visited.

PHILOSOPHY

Be good to people. Laugh at life. Take advantage of what life gives you, and give back. Don't take any day for granted.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm looking forwards to meeting new people all over while I surf. I currently don't have any space to host, but I hope to do that at some point too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hung out with some of the surfers that my friends have hosted, and I couchsurfed in Paris, Budapest, and Geneva. It's been great so far! It's definitely much more enriching than staying in a hostel.

Interests

Traveling, hiking, biking, reading, eating, concerts, hanging out with friends, jogging, writing, picking up random hobbies for short periods of time.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Something Corporate, Ben Folds, Death Cab for Cutie, Reel Big Fish, Brand New, Jack's Mannequin, pretty much anything though

Books: Princess Bride, Pride and Prejudice, The Alchemist, The Little Prince, Fahrenheit 451, and anything I can get my hands on

Movies: I like a lot but I can't pick favorites. Not a fan of scary movies though

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to say because I feel like I see at least one amazing thing every day. Top contenders:
1) Space Camp
2) Meeting my niece for the first time
3) Whitewater rafting in West Virginia

Teach, Learn, Share

Things I sort of know about: Engineering, random facts, cooking, field hockey, rowing, unicycling, fencing, some random arts and crafts.

I'd like to learn: New languages, sailing, wilderness survival stuff, a lot more I can't think of right now.
