What I Can Share with Hosts

Well basically I've a twin size air mattress and usually people say : it's very comfortable.
A kitchen, a bathroom with toilette...what else do you need though?
Of course, I always try my best to know the city that I'm living in, so I always try my best to be as local as possible.
