About Me

CURRENT MISSION

enjoy growing kids, meet new people, improve my English

ABOUT ME

We are a family of three living in a countryside of Japan.

We enjoy meeting new people. I've had much fun traveling overseas when I was 20's. I stayed at my friends' houses and my penpals’ houses in Indonesia, Nepal, USA, England, Bulgaria, Singapore... We would love to host travelers from overseas. We love to have fun, hiking, walking, camping, eating, fishing, learning other languages.

Our town is surrounded by mountains all over and there are rice fields, vegetables gardens, river and beaches(one hour drive) and hot springs. In spring, only at the beginning of April you can see full of cherry blossoms around. The trees bud, you can enjoy the fresh green of the mountains. In summer, it's too hot sometimes. In fall, it's nice and cool. We have fall festivals. In winter, we have snow. There are some ski resorts about 50 minutes from here by car. We have a wood stove at home, which we enjoy very much.

Interests

We love traveling, eating, walking, hiking, fishing, driving, learning other languages...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I gave birth to my third child in midwifery. All of our family were able to welcome her arrival together, looking at her coming out. 4 of us and her 2 grandmas were all together at the birth room with Tatami mats(2 grandpas were not at the same room, but waiting at the next room). My 1st child cut the navel string of her little sister. It was really a precious happy experience in my life.
