About Me

CURRENT MISION
To see the world with different eyes

ABOUT ME

I'm a happy, open-minded, fun and easy-going human who since September 2016 is enjoying this beautiful city of Hamburg studying a master program in Renewable Energy Systems.
Definitely, I'm into outdoors but I also enjoy the vibrant life of big cities.
Since more than one year a became vegetarian and now I am more into cooking than ever!

PHILOSOPHY

Every day is a good day for smiling or a big laugh
There is beauty in really simple stuffs
Don't take yourself seriously, nobody does it
Life is full of surprises so enjoy every second of it

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
While I was living in Mexico I had the opportunity to host and meet wonderful people thanks to CS, one is even one of my best friends.

Since I moved to Hamburg I haven't had the chance to host/travel that much not only I have been busy working and doing my masters but also because I have moved so many times that I have not been able to offer a place to crash. Hopefully this year I can host again since CS is an amazing way to approach to another cultures and perspectives.

I also had the great opportunity to travel with another CS traveler to Veracruz, Mexico which it was an awesome experience for me.

Interests

I am interested to become fluent in German and be a kick ass salsa or swing dancer.
When I am done with my masters I would defenitely go back to do music, specially I would like to learn how to play drums.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some may say that I am a music nerd and well of course I am. I am one of those people that if a song is stick into my mind I need to hear it no matter what, otherwise I will feel something is missing during the day

Some of the genres I listen: Rock (hard, indie, alternative, punk, psychedelic, nu-metal) Jazz (latin, instrumental, acid) blues, new wave, classic (Chopin is my favorite pianist), reggae, folk, a little bit of pop (you know, because girls they wanna have fu-un)

Movies: Waking life, several from Quentin Tarantino, I like some animated movies.
Overall I can't stick into one genre because I have enjoyed from horror movies till comedies.

Books: Alice in wonderland is my favorite tale. Some suspense novels. Marqués de Sade, Simone du Beauvoir, some of George Orwell and so on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Move to Germany for starting my masters :)

To travel by myself to Canada being 19 was a rewarding experience.

To go to a Deftones concert!! I end up alone (cause my friend got lost in the crowd) , with bruises all over my body and extremely happy!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn from your culture, taste in music and food from your country! As well I can teach you some of my culture, to help you to improve your spanish or teach you from the start.
I can teach you how to skate :D play some bass maybe. :) :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Music!! Insights of the city, funny stories, mexican recipes.
