About Me

I lived in different cities. Antalya - Kaş (a small seeside city), Manisa, Van, İzmir and then İstanbul. It's been 8 years in İstanbul with high school and currently university. I'm fond of social sciences and technology. I speak english and french. I'm trying German now but i find it very hard. :)

For now it's my first time on couchsurfing. When i traveled before i've met many friends but i've always had a place to stay easily. Like relatives etc. But from now on i want to meet new people, continue a little bit free.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of the best things about travelling is to meet local people. That makes the experience way better i guess. Learning cultural part is essential. I want to learn that side and share my culture. Finding a motel room is so easy but it makes you a little bit isolated. Couchsurfing looks like a good idea.

Interests

I love coffe, all kind of it but only if it's fresh. I love brewing, drinking coffe and i'm even trying to roast coffee :) I've a bicycle that i use for going to university. I'm planning some long trips with it also.

  • coffee
  • music
  • camping
  • bicycle

Music, Movies, and Books

For music i listen almost all kinds of it. But specially country, indie, acoustic, chill out and alternative rock. (Currently 2cellos playing :) )

Can't talk about "a" favorite book really. But i'm reading ursula k. le guin's books now and it's going perfect.

V for Vendetta is kind of my favorite. I recently watched and liked these: Pawn Sacrifice, The Imitation Game, Spotlight, Judgement at Nuremberg, Bridge of Spies. Plus i should add there LOTR :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I may teach about coffee i guess. And i can prepare for you ofc :) I may try to cook some of the local meals if have time. I'm not the best cook ever but u'll survive be sure of it :)

I'm open to all kind of ideas to learn :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

A couch, hot water, possibly meals, ideas :)

I'm living in Istanbul for 8 years i can help with the tour program as much as i can ;)
