I'm a German, living in England... I blame ♥. I love travelling and seeing new places, even if it's just a weekend trip.

My next big adventure is a trip to Asia for a month or 2, but before that I will try and squeeze in the odd short trip :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have done the hostelling while in Oz and NZ and met heaps of lovely other travellers.
Couchsurfing is a step up to meet locals and uncover some secret spots that travellers might not find.

Interests

Travelling, obviously...
I love meeting up with my friends as much as I love diving into a book and forgetting everything around me. I could not live without music and love going to gigs!
I share a horse with one of my friends and love spending time outside and at the yard.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - A bit of everything really... for gigs and clubs I think Ska, rock, punk and so on are the way to go. At home I listen to anything from Johnny Cash to Rammstein.

Films - hmmm I'd watch anything, but I like horror films and things a la Snatch, Boondock Saints and Lock Stock... but the Office and the Inbetweeners (both times the English original) make me cry with laughter!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled Australia and New Zealand, jumped out of a plane (or was strapped to someone who jumped...), hiked mount doom. seen the horses at the dubai world cup, cleaned toilets in a hostel and met the love of my life there!

What I Can Share with Hosts

What can we share with our hosts...? We can share stories of our travels together and individual! We can share drinks and giggles. I'm also quite ahppy to share any event that might be on, a gig, a sporting event, a fair... I'm quite happy to give most things a go :)
