ABOUT ME
Hey!!! So excited to be joining the Couch Surfing community! I am originally from St. Louis but have spent the last two years living and working and enjoying the great outdoors in Fayetteville, AR. My degree/work history is in Mental Health but that is NOT my 'passion.' I would love to eventually work for a non-profit Humanitarian aid sort of company. I have worked on a couple water projects in the past (youtube "Abba Water Project" and "The H2Ope Project") and would love to continue doing such work. I LOVE meeting new people which is why I'm stoked about CS! Look forward to meeting and surfing and hosting in the future.
PHILOSOPHY
LIVE AND LOVE PEOPLE.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would love to host eventually but currently don't have a steady place and am on the road. Right now I'm just looking to meet and surf!

Music, Movies, and Books
Love me some folk! Folk rock; Indie; blah blah I like all kinds of music. Books? Hmmmm......Kahlil Gibran is a favorite author of mine. I'll have to think about this one. . .
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've SEEN. . . the sunset on Lake Victoria- the source of the Nile River. I've LIVED in Uganda, East Africa for 6 months doing volunteer/humanitarian aid work.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can write a kick-ass sonnet :) Also I used to teach beginner piano but it's been a while. I would love to learn guitar- I know the same 5 chords I've known since I first got a guitar 11 years ago. Ha!!! I also have a WONDERFUL authentic Ugandan djembe that I would love to learn to play. . .
