About Me

In new-ish to Oregon. My hubs and I just bought a house and had a baby all in one year. It's been busy and wild. We have school, full time jobs and a sweet little to handle. We won't be accepting guests but we wouldn't mind meeting up with people.

PHILOSOPHY

"Every man has his own secret sorrows which the world knows not of; and often times we call a man cold when he is only sad." Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Nepal teaching English to some of the poor kids and just letting them fill my heart with such joy, i look back and think " they really taught me more then i could ever teach them.
The other was a community in Romania, it was a tiny village hidden with in the mountains and me and this christian team went to help this couple build their house, help with church and really just hang out with kids. The community let our team come in like family and it was so unnatural but lovely.
hmmm i realize that these two stories are not fully completed to be honest i cant grasp the love these kids shown me and my friends, and the main fact that hit me was that their family life was terrible. Really the kids were surviving in such conditions that made my heart sick. But through out all of it they taught us so much within their pain they gave such joy!
