ABOUT ME

After living for a while in Finland, New Zealand and Estonia and Bulgaria I am trying my hand now in learning Finnish (which is almost impossible). I am a curious person who loves to try new things and see new places.

I have mostly been working as a teacher for kids, teens and students. Back in Germany I study to become (one day) an officially recognized teacher - which can take while..

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started couchsurfing with my boyfriend in New Zealand. We stayed on mattresses, sofas, beds, some sort of pillows, car seats... It was an amazing experience to met people from all around the world who welcomed us with open arms. An unforgettable life experience.

Interessen

I love inline skating. And if I ever find a place with proper streets, beautiful surroundings and an average temperature of 23 degrees a year I'm gonna take my skates and move there. Some months ago I learned how to dance Bulgarian traditional dances - amazing experience that I'd love to get on with IF there would be any Bulgarian dancing clubs outside of Bulgaria... Besides that I love traveling (as everyone here, I guess), seeing new cultures, new people, having a good conversation and a nice book to read in the end of the day while watching the sun setting behind some beautiful tress..

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Jostein Gaarder has some nice ideas in his book I think...always a good choice to read ... and music: electro (with a hint of melody) is nice but only if I can jump with it :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

there was this one incidence with the angry mother seal in the cave (never forget its howl)at Cape Farewell, NZ. And of course the kava drink of the Tongan people that made me rather tired than high... and I'll never forget that humpback whales are much bigger than I've ever thought. Not to forget the useless attempt to find home from "central" Los Angeles...anyway there is much to go still

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I personally believe that people can learn from every experience (both good and bad). But if u wanna learn something in particular: I can teach you inline skating... actually that's a bad idea.. I'll be too impatient. But if u wanna learn German I can help (well...its not much but its a start, right?) and not to forget: the bulgarian dances
